Delivery
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched. Orders may take a little longer to dispatch during exceptional periods (e.g. sales, end-of-year festivities, etc.).
An email will be sent to you if the processing time is extended due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems beyond our control. TurboSqu3D cannot be held responsible for postal delays or strikes. When you confirm your order, you are confirming the address given. In the event of an address error, your parcel will be returned to us and the order refunded (the initial delivery costs will not be refunded).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a flat rate of €6.90 for postage to metropolitan France. Postage includes packaging and shipping.
Delivery is free for orders over €150.
International shipping (Europe & DOM-TOM)
We offer international shipping services to Europe and DOM-TOM.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. TurboSqu3D is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delivery is free for orders over €300.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@turbosqu3d.com with your name and order number and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@turbosqu3d.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
