Assembly instructions
Preparation and Procedure: Follow these steps for easy and safe assembly.
Preliminary notes:
– The process must be carried out at least at room temperature (18-23°C) and in a well-ventilated room.
– For optimum adhesion, surfaces must be undamaged, clean and dry.
– Once the process has started, you must not touch the cleaned surfaces with your fingers or blow on them, or on the 3M VHB strips once the protective plastic has been removed.

Step 1: Clean the surface of the helmet with the provided wet wipe.
Step 2: Dry the surface of the helmet with the provided dry wipe.
Step 3: Peel the protective plastic from the 3M VHB strips under the camera mount.
Step 4: Place the camera support on the previously cleaned surface.
Step 5: Apply firm and uniform pressure of the support on the helmet by hand for 2 minutes.
Step 6: Leave the bonding to rest at room temperature (18 – 23°C) for 72 hours for maximum performance. At this temperature, the adhesion power of 3M VHB tapes changes as follows:
* 50% after 20 minutes
* 90% after 24 hours
* 100% after 72 hours
Your helmet is now ready to use!
